Terms of Service

01Overview
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between MTJ Studio and clients who engage us for design and development work. By starting a project with us, you agree to these terms alongside any project-specific proposal.
02Projects & scope
Each project is defined by an agreed scope, deliverables and timeline. Work outside that scope is treated as a new request and may affect pricing and delivery dates. We will always confirm changes with you before proceeding.
03Pricing & payment
Packages start from the prices listed on our site; final pricing is confirmed on your discovery call and in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, a deposit is due before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Premium includes one year of active support as described in the package.
04Revisions
Each package includes a fair number of revision rounds within the agreed scope. We want you to be happy with the result, and we will work with you to get there — extensive redirection beyond the scope may be quoted separately.
05Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered code and designs transfers to you. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party tools and libraries remain under their own licences.
06Support & maintenance
Support terms depend on your package. The Premium package includes one year of active support and maintenance from launch. Outside of included support, additional work is handled on a separate agreement.
07Liability
We take care to deliver secure, well-built work, but we provide our services on a reasonable-effort basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
